Ashtanga yoga is a powerful sequence to Practice Advance Yoga Asanas but it can be difficult for everyone to achieve it. Hence I have modified Ashtanga Yoga with Iyengar Alignments for making it more accurate with posture corrections and injury-free and more achievable.

2) Iyengar Therapy Yoga for any Health issues or Diseases:

Customized Iyengar Yoga Therapy for all Diseases as all Individuals are different and their journey to Healing is different. Naushina designs personalised plans for Health Issues as every individuals.
